This site represents my personal blog for my sports activities. As I've been quite lazy until the age of 26, I am so how a latecomer. Whilst others start with sports in early ages, I preferred riding my motorcycle or car and avoid any sports activities. Beside that, I used to smoke an drink alkohol. The result was a bad result in medical check-ups, which changed my mind Diese Seite repräsentiert meinen persönlichen Blog zu meinen sportlichen Aktivitäten. Es werden vermutlich keine Bahnbrechnenden News erscheinen, dennoch möchte ich dieses Online-Tagebuch mit der Entwicklung führen, alleine schon für mich, um zu sehen, on das Training auch wirklich was bringt. Alles begann damit, dass ich ein recht unsportlicher Mensch war. Klar bin ich als Jugendlicher mit dem Fahrrad gefahren, klar war ich im Sommer im Freibad oder mal Wandern, klar besuchte ich den Sportunterricht in der Schule, aber das würde ich alls nicht als sportlich ansehen. Da war mir dann mein Motorrad oder Auto als Transportmittel rasch lieber. Dazu kam noch, dass ich auch dem Alkohol und Nikon nicht absagte. Das ganze resultierte in einem, für mich, vernichtenden medizinischen Ergebniss - vom erhöhten Puls zur Hypertonie (Bluthochdruck). Die Folge waren dann Blutdruck-Sendenke-Mittel. Das gab mir zu Denken und ich begann, das Thema anzugehen - zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich knapp 25 Jahre alt. Es begann mit leichten Laufeinheiten, einem Fitness-Studio-Abo (und ja, ich nutzte dieses auch wirklich). Die ersten Erfolge waren bald da, aber dann kamm die schleppende Phase und die Entwicklung stagnierte. Als dann auch noch der Stress im Beruf dazugekommen ist, konnte der Sport das nicht mehr ganz kompensieren. So begleiteten mich die Medikamente weiter. Meine Sportarten wechselten auch wieder in andere Lager, MTB-Downhill und Motorrad-Ring-Trainings kamen dazu - keine klassischen Ausdauer-Sportarten. Aber ich brauchte das, um meinen Kopf frei zu bekommen. Mein Körper zeigte mir dann recht radikal, wenn der Alltags-Stress zu viel wurde. Zuerst war es das Schlüsselbein beim Snowboarden, dann 2 Jahre später der Unterarm, welcher beim Mountainbiken brach. Die folgende Rehabilitationszeit nutzte mein Körper, um auch geistig zu regenerieren, damit ich wieder Kraft hatte, den Alltag zu meisten. 2011 sollte sich dann alles schlagartig ändern. Der Stress steigerte sich in ungeanhte Höhen und ich hatte mir gerade ein neues Motorrad für die Rennstrecke gekauft - warum auch die Strassenmaschine dafür hernehmen. Vorweggenommen habe ich gottseidank auch in eine ausgezeichnte Ausrüstung investiert. Es war dann, im Oktober, ein Rennstrecken-Training geplant. Alles sah gut aus, der Oktober war wärmer als erwartet. Leider änderte sich dies 1 Tag vor dem Training in Ungarn. Und nachdem schon bezahlt war, wurde der Termin auch wahrgenommen. Zusammengefasst: Neues Motorrad, neue unbekannte Reifen, Rennstrecke, Oktober, 10 Grad morgens. Also morgens an der Strecke angekommen, die neuen Reifenwärmer angeworfen und schon bald sollte es losgehen. Die ersten Runden waren gut, fühlte mich wohl, auch wenn alles neu war. Doch leider war ich zu langsam-so dass die Reifen zu start abkühlren und in Runde 5 war mein Ausflug dann ziemlich abrupt zu Ende. Nach einer länger Rutsch-Partie am Asphalt gings dann über die Curbs ins Kies, dann wohl verkantet und aus dem Rutschen wurde eher ein "sich-überschlagen". Wie gesagt, dann der guten Ausrüstung kein Schotterausschlag, aber beim Übergang vom Rutschen ins Köüpfeln hat wohl mein Sprunggelenk nicht vertragen. Die nächsten Schritte kurz zusammengefasst: Rettungsteam war gleich zur Stelle, rein in den Rettungswagen, dann ins Medical Center. Der "Arzt" dort noch kurz Schmerzmittel gegeben und wollt mich heimschicken. Ich wollt doch zur Abklärung, daher mit der Ambulanz ins Krankenhaus in den nächsten Ort-natürlich sind die erst nach 40€ Cash gekommen. Im Krankenhaus (würde in Österreich nie als Krankenhaus durchgehen) Röntgen, dann der Arzt aus Ghana, der weder gut Ungarisch, noch Deutsch und nur etwas Englisch konnte, nur kurz "you need urgent operation - please go home to your hospital". Was ich dann auch machte. Gottseidank für mich war meine Freundin mit unserem 6 montigen Sohnemann mit, somit konnte ich bei der Heimreise auf der Rückbank liegen. Was folgte waren 21 Tage Unfallkrankenhaus, eine Operation und die Gewissheit, dass es nicht mehr so sein wird wie vorher. Nachdem sich da alle Ärzte einig waren, hatte ich viel Zeit mir Gedanken über meine Zukunft zu machen. Nach der ersten Depression war dann der Entschluss klar, dass das Ziel sein muss, mit meinem Sohn laufen und Fußballspielen zu können. Da startet meine Rehabilitation: Der erste Start ware bereits im Krankenhaus nach der Operation, danach hatte ich noch 12 Wochen Liege-Gips und konnte leider nichts machen und bin daher ganzkörpelich degeneriert. Im Jänner 2012 kam dann der Gips ab und die Reha im Krankenhaus begann. Parallel dazu habe ich mir auch schon Privat eine Physiotherapeutin gesucht. Wollte zwar keine Zeit verlieren, aber meinem Körper auch die nötige Zeit geben, damit er sich regenerieren kann. Ich glaube, dass ist das wichtigste überhaupt. Der Körper heilt in den Ruhephasen (und nicht in den Belastungsphasen). Trifft übrigens auch aufs Training zu - ohne Regeneration gibts keine richtigen Fortschritte. Nachdem die Reha im Krankenhaus begrenzt war, ging ich dann bald in die private Reha über. Doch 2 Einheiten pro Woche war wenig. Meine Ärztin hat mir dann geraten, um eine stationäre Reha anzusuchen. Ich hätte mir nie gedacht, dass ich dies in meinem Alter bekomme, aber der Antrag war recht schnell durch. Ich konnte im Juni für 3 Wochen auf eine Reha. Dort gabs jeden Tag volle Programm: Physio, Stromtherapien, Massagen, ... Die Freizei nutzte ich für leichte Spaziergänge, damit ich meinem Gelenk ja nicht zu viel zumute. Diese 3 Wochen haben mich wirklich weiter gebracht - klar war der Bewegungsablauf arg eingeschränkt, aber ich merkte, dass etwas weiter geht und dieser Lichtblick motivierte. Nach der Reha gibts dann weiter mit der ambulanten. Danach bekam ich das Angebot, in meiner Heimatstatt an einer ambulanten Reha teilzunehmen: 3 Monate mit 3 Einheiten pro Woche (Physio, Ausdauer, Gruppentherapien). Von diesem Zeitpunkt an machte ich regelmässig Sport und bekam auch die fachlichen Hintergründe (mit Leistungstests mit Laktatkurve, abgestimmen Trainingsplan, Sportwissenschaftlern und Ernährungsberatern). Dies brachte mir extrem viel, da ich nun die Theorie intus hatte und mir einen Plan machen konnte, dies umzusetzen. Hier konnte auch das erste Mal wieder auf dem Laufband laufen (das erste Mal waren ein paar huntert Meter, haben mich aber Mental sehr gestärkt). Nach dieser Reha gibts wieder zu meiner Physiotherapeutin und parallel dazu wieder ins Fitness-Studio. Als Folge-Reha konnte ich nochmals 6 Monate für 2 Einheiten / Woche teilnehmen. Nach dieser Zeit konnte ich wieder leicht Laufen und war körperlich so gut trainiert wie noch nie. Konnte im Zuge meiner ersten 3 Monate auch die Medikamente absetzen, weil mein Blutdruck wieder normal war. ZIEL erreicht. Mir war das leider etwas zu wenig, da die Einschränkung doch noch zu spüren war. Doch die Ärzte machten mir klar, dass ich mich wohl damit abfinden werden müsste. Ich hab trotzdem weitergemacht und versucht, die Übungen in den Alltag einzubauen. Muss heute noch aufpassen, dass ich mich konzentriere um nicht andere Gelenke oder Muskel zu schädigen. Ich trainierte also weiter und merkte, wie der Schlendrian einkehrte so wie auch was Übertraining bedeutete. Daher hab ich beschlossen, mir 2 Wettkämpfe pro Jahr auszusuchen, damit ich ein Ziel habe und von Jahr zu Jahr sehe, ob was weitergeht. Nachdem ich mir 2014 keinen Triathlon zugetraut habe, habe ich mir 3 Laufveranstaltung ausgesucht.... das war der Start meiner sportlichen Laufbahn ;-)

    PARAMETER EXAMPLES. Omitting a parameter will result in the default value to be used.
    id=lolandese1 : A photo, set, user or group ID. id=public grabs CC licensed public photos (only for [flickr-user:...]). Default: id=LeDaemon (set in config).
      Find a Flickr group ID. Valid ID values: numeric ID (the one that contains a '@'), path alias, Flickr username or the user's email.
    class="floatleft foo bar" : Syntax as in HTML. Wrap the value in quotes (or not) and put spaces between multiple classes.
      Applies to the outer HTML element of a photo or album.
    style="float:left; border:solid 2px;" : Syntax as in HTML. Wrap the value in quotes (or not) and put semicolons between different style declarations.
      Applies to the outer HTML element of a photo or album.
    size=q : Big square (150px). The sizes x and y display a slideshow and ignore number, media, tags, location and sort settings.
      Default single photo: size=m, album photo: size=s (both set in config).
    num=4 : Display 4 photos. Default: num=6 (set in config). For albums only.
      If set to 1, the single image will behave as such. Heading and counter will be omitted, and float might apply.
      Used to display a single changing random or recent image.
    media=all : Display both photos and videos. Default: media=photos. For albums only.
    tags=kids/men : Separate multiple tags with a slash (/). Display all set, group or user photos that contain the indicated tags.
      Case insensitive, matches any tag, for photosets and galleries even partial. You can exclude results that match a term by prepending it with a - character.
      Public albums will only display photos that match all tags. Like on Flickr spaces are removed from tags (e.g. 'Victoria park' becomes 'victoriapark').
      For albums only.
    extend=true : Extend the tag filter to search for matching terms also in the Flickr photo title and description besides Flickr tags.
      Default: extend=true (set in config). For albums only.
    tag_mode=all : Matches 'all' defined tags (AND). The other possible value is 'any' (OR).
      If this parameter is omitted, 'all' is used if no Flickr user ID is known (public search), otherwise 'any' is used. For albums only.
    location=48.85837/2.294481/0.2 : Display photos within 200 mt from the Eiffel Tower. Lat/lon/radius (in km). Separate values with a slash (/).
      To get the coordinates for a location, right-click on a Google map and choose 'What's here?' or copy/paste it from the URL.
      Substitute the comma (,) with a slash (/). Optionally add a radius to force a major number of results to filter on (max. 32 km).
      If the radius is omitted it defaults to 14 meter and gradually expands to 32 km until a sufficient number of results are returned.
      Besides decimal coordinates also degrees are accepted, e.g. 2° 21' 50.72". For user and group albums only, also public.
    date=2015-01-11 : Display photos taken on 11 January 2015.
      Many accepted date formats (e.g. '11 Jan 2015'), also relative formats (e.g. 'first day of last month | last day of last month').
      Separate two date values with a vertical bar (|) to cover a timespan of multiple days. For user and group albums only, also public.
      Tip: Use a date in combination with a location to grab public photos of an event.
    heading=h3 : Wraps the album title in HTML tags. Use 'p' to apply no style or 'none' to suppress the title. Default heading=p (set in config). For albums only.
    sort=views : Display the most viewed Flickr photos first (popularity, slower response after cache clear).
      Other values: unsorted = recent as delivered by the Flickr API (fastest response),
      random (slower response after cache clear), taken (newest first), posted (newest first) , added (for groups only, newest first) and id (on photo ID, newest first).
      Default: sort=unsorted. For albums only.
    filter=interesting : Display the most interesting photos. Other possible value: relevant. For user and group albums only, also public.
    count=false : Suppress display of the counter under the album (e.g. 5 out of 124 on Flickr). Default: count=true (set in config). For albums only.
    mintitle=999 : Suppress display of the title in the photo captions for images below a width of 999 px. Default: mintitle=100 (set in config).
    minmetadata=999 : Suppress display of the metadata in the photo captions for images below a width of 999 px. Default: minmetadata=150 (set in config).
